For orders shipped out of China:
If you want to change the shipped-to address, please make sure this request is sent from the email address that is linked to your bitmain.com account. We will not entertain requests sent from other accounts for security reasons.
We will only be able to amend the address to another one that is in the same destination country and please do check that the address that you had entered is correct and someone is available to sign off on the delivery. Note that we CANNOT ship to PO box addresses. We will not be responsible for any charges related to such scenarios.
For any changes to addresses, it can be done only once per order ID, and provided the request is sent at least 15 working days before the 1st scheduled ship-out date of your order. Example, if the ship-to schedule is on the 15th of April to 30th of April, you must let us know at 15 working days before 15th April.
We will not be able to accede to requests to change the address to a different country from the original address. Please confirm whether the address in the order is available or not, if not, please inform us to invalidate the order to avoid shipping to the wrong address. Once the order is arranged for shipment, we cannot stop it, it will be shipped out and returned to us, after which we can ship the order to your new address. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
For orders shipped in China:
If your order address is in HK, Macao, Taiwan, the address in your order cannot be changed to an address in mainland China.
